Aqua adhesives are water-based adhesives fully biodegradable, non toxic, which improve considerably the load stability of pallet of sacks. Sacks slippage during transport have their origin mostly in lateral vibrations. This phenomenon is much more important when the sacks are filled in a dusty environment (factory of cement, chalk, baking powder, flour, soda ash or caustic soda for example) because of surface dust which made the sacks slippery.

Besides, sacks can shift during transport and destabilize a large part of the load, mostly the upper part.

Aqua Rep, when sprayed creates a thin adhesive film (some microns) on the surface of the sacks with a high shear strength and a low tensile strength. This film, when in contact with the upper sack will stop any slippage.
